Refund policy

Jika produk yang Anda terima cacat/reject, kami akan mengirimkan produk pengganti.
Jika pesanan yang diterima tidak lengkap : Mohon untuk memberitahukan kami segera agar kami dapat membantu Anda segera.

• Batas klaim 3×24 jam setelah menerima barang
• 3-4 hari pengembalian, tergantung masing-masing domisili
• Qucus.id bertanggung jawab mengganti produk yang rusak/cacat dengan produk yang sama
• Qucus.id tidak akan membebankan biaya apapun selama proses penggantian barang

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Product damaged / defective:

• Claims limit 3 × 24 hours after receiving goods
• 3-4 days refund, depending on each domicile
• Returns items in the same condition (good)
• qucus.id will replace damaged / defective products with the same product
• qucus.id will not charge any fees during the item replacement process


If the product you received is wrong, we will send a replacement product.
If the order received is incomplete: Please notify us immediately so that we can assist you immediately.
